The €250 price is a starting price and includes cleaning the hull of a boat under 13 metres in length, as well as travel to the cleaning location. For boats 13 metres and longer, we charge an additional €50 per metre. If the hull is exceptionally difficult to clean or heavily fouled, an additional €50 surcharge will apply. We also offer underwater hull video inspection during the cleaning for an additional €30.

Service details:
We clean the underwater hulls of boats between 10 and 25 metres in length using divers and a NEMO Hull Cleaner electric brush. We use a range of soft and hard nylon brushes and adapt our cleaning method to suit different levels and types of marine growth. Underwater video footage of the hull can also be purchased separately.

Including rudders, propellers and keels, the average cleaning rate is approximately 2 m² per minute. Cleaning the underwater hull of a 13-metre sailing boat typically takes around 20–30 minutes.

In cases of exceptionally heavy barnacle growth, the cleaning rate may decrease to approximately 1 m² per minute, in which case an additional €50 surcharge will apply.

You do not need to be present during the cleaning, but you are always welcome to come and watch the work.
