We’re sorry to hear if things have not gone as hoped or planned. If you have a complaint, please send us all relevant information and materials related to the case as comprehensively as possible by email to asiakaspalvelu@boatwash.fi with the subject line: complaint + order number or other identifier.

  1. Reservation or booking number for the wash (four-digit number starting with #)
  2. Location, date, and time when the wash was performed or should have been performed
  3. Description of what happened
  4. Who you may have discussed or agreed with at Brush ’n Go regarding the issue
  5. Name, phone number, and email address where we can reach the person handling the matter if needed
  6. Photos (if available or relevant)
  7. Claim or demand

If the issue concerns material damage, all damages will be handled through our insurance partner’s inspector. Please do not repair or purchase anything before this phase has been completed. If the wash was interrupted, please check our wash terms, which we apply when handling complaints.

We process all complaints collectively once a week during our wash season. If your matter is urgent, please contact our customer service.
