You can freely reschedule your booking up to 7 days before your reserved time and we will find a suitable replacement time for you. After that, the booking is binding. We strive to arrange rescheduling with shorter notice as well, but cannot guarantee it. If your matter is urgent, please call our customer service during opening hours at +358 20 767 0350.

You can cancel your booking completely up to 14 days before your reserved time and get your money back. After that, refunds are discretionary. Refunds do not apply to season ticket bookings or bookings made with equivalent products.

Rescheduling the wash:

Send an email to asiakaspalvelu@boatwash.fi with the subject: Rescheduling+order number

  1. Booking location, date and time
  2. Where and when you would like to reschedule the wash (you can see wash locations, dates and times from the booking calendar)
  3. Who at Brush ’n Go has possibly agreed or discussed this with you
  4. Name, phone number and email address where we can contact the person handling the matter if necessary

Canceling the wash:

Send an email to asiakaspalvelu@boatwash.fi with the subject: Cancellation+order number

  1. Reason, if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the reserved time
  2. Booking location, date and time
  3. Who at Brush ’n Go has possibly agreed or discussed this with you
  4. Name, phone number and email address where we can contact the person handling the matter if necessary
